How do I make a reservation with Reliable Chauffeur?

There are 3 ways to make a reservation with Reliable Chauffeur Inc.

How do I create an online booking account?
  1. Visit
  2. Click on "Book Now"
  3. Click on "Log In"
  4. Click on "Register Now"
  5. Fill out the required fields & your account is all set!
How do I log into my booking account?
  1. After creating your account, visit
  2. Hover your mouse over "Book Now" (don't click yet).
  3. Click on "Log In" that appears underneath.
  4. Enter your username and password & click "Log In" underneath.
How can I request a quote?

Requesting a Quote Through Online Account:

  1. After logging in, you'll be directed to the "Book Now" page automatically.
  2. Scroll down and click on "New Reservation" located in the top left corner.
  3. Provide necessary details in the "Ride Info" section, then proceed to choose a vehicle type by clicking "Select Vehicle."
  4. Beneath each vehicle, you'll find the option to either "Request Quote" or "Book Now."
  5. To obtain a quote, click on "Submit Quote."
  6. Complete the "Final Details" section and then click on "Submit Quote Request."

You can also request a quote by calling us at +1(872)337-5466 or by sending the full details to our reservations team at This email is monitored 24/7, and they will get back to you as soon as possible with an all-inclusive quote.


*Please note that submitting a quote request does not result in a confirmed reservation. Until you proceed to confirm the booking, the quote will solely remain as a quote.

What information do I need to provide to book a reservation?

The information required to book a reservation is:


  • First & last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Pick-up date & time
  • Pick-up & drop-off locations
  • Service type
  • # of passengers
  • Preferred vehicle type
  • Credit card information
How much notice is required to MAKE a reservation?

We recommend you make a reservation at least 12 hours before the pick-up time if it is within the US. If you are booking internationally, we recommend at least 2-3 days before the pick-up time. We are aware that plans change and some reservations are thus made on very short notice. Our team will do their best to provide a chauffeur for your request. In most major cities, we have a large enough supply of vehicles to accommodate rides booked 4 hours or less before the pick-up time. 

How much notice is required to CANCEL a reservation?

Reliable Chauffeur Worldwide requires at least a 2-hour cancellation notice for Sedan and SUV bookings or full charges apply. For Premium Sedans, we require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice or full charges apply. For Sprinters, we require at least a 48-hour cancellation notice or full charges apply. For Mini Buses, we require at least a 10-day cancellation notice or full charges apply. For Coach Buses, we require at least a 20-day cancellation notice or full charges apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

Reliable Chauffeur Inc. accepts most major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, & American Express.

When will you charge my credit card?

We pre-authorize the credit card for the entire amount and in some cases, 20% additional will be added to the pre-authorization for unexpected charges. After the reservation is completed, we follow through with the charges on your credit card.

In which cities can we use your services?

Due to our large network, we are proud to provide professional service in most major cities worldwide.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

By default, our company uses Curbside Meet unless the client requests an Inside Meet.​


Curbside Meet: Once the chauffeur is on location, the chauffeur will text the client to discuss the meet up point and guide the client on where to meet for the pickup. Please make sure you have collected all of your luggage from Baggage Claim prior to texting your chauffeur that you are ready. Chauffeurs are not permitted to wait at the airport terminal- they may be ticketed or towed by the airport authorities. ​


On request, Reliable Chauffeur Inc. offers two types of meet-and-greet services to its clients. A chauffeur can meet the passenger inside the baggage claim area- at an additional charge of $35.00.


Alternatively, a greeter, a separate person besides the chauffeur, can meet the passengers at the baggage claim and escort them to the curbside where the chauffeur will be waiting- at an additional charge of $65.00.

Is it possible to have a car with the client for few hours?

Yes, you are able to book a vehicle for as many hours as needed. For these bookings, we charge hourly.


The rates differ depending on the city and vehicle type. To get a quote please send us an email and our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that hourly bookings are charged "Garage to Garage."
